Dermatology PLC in Charlottesville, VA is looking for medical scribes. This is a paid
opportunity for aspiring health professional students to work side-by-side with physicians with the opportunity to observe both medical and surgical dermatology first hand.
Responsibilities include inputting patient history, exam, and assessment information into the electronic
medical record system during office visits. All training is provided on the
job.
The
ideal candidate:
- is enthusiastic and quick to learn
- is punctual and responsible
- has impeccable written communication and typing skills
- can dedicate at least 10 hours per week (no weekends or holidays) during school year and school breaks
- will plan to stay with the position at least 1 year (greater is preferred and retention will be rewarded)
