The 12th Annual Improving Diversity in Optometric Careers (I-DOC) program
is an intensive three-day residential program that introduces participants
to the profession of optometry.

The goal of the programs is to attract ethnically underrepresented minority
undergraduate college students to careers in optometry and increase
the number of underrepresented students who enter optometry schools at
Ohio State and across the nation.
Financial assistance provided for participants covering all meals,
on-campus housing, activities, and airfare up to $500 for those traveling to Columbus.
