Sentara Northern Virginia Emergency Dept Scribe Opportunity

Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center Emergency Department in Woodbridge, VA is currently interviewing qualified applicants to join their team starting in Summer 2018.

Required commitment

• 2 shifts / week for a part-time position
• 4 shifts / week for a full-time position
• At least one year
  *We do not offer summer-only positions at this time and are unable to hire anyone who has not graduated given the extensive training process associated with the role.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or graduating senior who will be taking one - two bridge year(s) before entering medical school, PA school, or other related healthcare field programs.  
• Flexibility. The scribe position requires a lot of flexibility as scribes work days / nights / weekends / holidays. Sometimes, shifts may change at the last minute, and our scribes need to accommodate the schedule of our providers.
