Latino Medical Student Association Annual Conference

April 13 - 15th, 2018

Miami - Dade Honors College - Wolfson Campus

The purpose of the conference is to bring together high school students, pre-medical students, medical students, graduating physicians, residents, practicing physicians, and other health professionals, interested in service, mentorship, and education to advocate for the health of the Latino community. 

The conference will include a series of workshops on
  • healthcare needs of the Latino community
  • student leadership training
  • clinical skills
  • medical school and residency application panels
  • networking 
  • recruiting
  • healthcare policy
Conference attendees are also encouraged to participate in the research poster fair and apply for the regional and national scholarships!
