Jefferson Public Citizen Project Opportunity -- Code Ana Program

The Code Ana Program was started in 2016 by Dr. Alice Hoyt to address the gap between CDC guidelines and food allergy management in schools. The goal is to provide education and evidence-based health information to schools to empower them to develop and implement a medical emergency response protocol.

Code Ana is seeking motivated undergraduate students to work on a health-based Jefferson Public Citizen (JPC) project that will benefit the Charlottesville community. If accepted, you (along with two other undergraduates) will be tasked with designing and implementing a JPC project in line with Code Ana's goals to be completed in 2018. You will also have the opportunity to become more involved with the Code Ana Program.
