Founded
in 2015, the Virginia Journal of Bioethics (VJB) is an entirely
student-run online and print publication at the University of Virginia.
In conjunction with the UVA BIOETHICS SOCIETY,
the Journal engages the student body in bioethical discussion and
debate, encouraging participation from anyone interested in sharing
their opinions or eager to learn more about current bioethical issues. In addition to its online presence, VJB publishes a semi-annual (Fall/Spring) PRINT EDITION showcasing high-quality submissions from authors across the globe. Undergraduate and graduate students alike are invited to submit to Grounds, as are professionals, professors, and community members.
