Medical Assistant - Gastroenterology Associates of Tidewater (GATGI)
This position can either be full or part time (preferably full) with a 1 year commitment. Applicants should love to talk with people and be able to micromanage a busy shift. Experience in the medical field helps, but is not required. Perfect for pre-PA and pre-medical students taking a bridge year. Employees need transportation as they are assigned to three different offices in Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and Norfolk.

Physician Documentation Assistant (Scribe) - Emergency Physicians of Tidewater
This job is part time ONLY with a 1 year commitment. Scribes rotate throughout Sentara facilities in the Hampton Roads area and aid Emergency Room Physicians with patient histories. Experience in the medical field helps, but is not required. Perfect for pre-PA and pre-medical students taking a bridge year. Applicants should demonstrate excellent listening skills and type efficiently. Workers need their own transportation.
