Tom Tom Founders Festival: Social Innovations in Health

The community gathers to celebrate the global innovators who are applying new social enterprise models to improve the health of citizens in Charlottesville and around the world. Hear about the role that impact investing and philanthropy are having in shaping research and discovery, and the system innovations that will impact millions of lives. Following the discussion, local innovators will share their stories of building globally relevant, system changing therapies and technologies that bridge nonprofit and corporate structures.

Daryl Brewster has nearly 30 years of executive experience, including as an officer for several Fortune 500 companies, the turnaround CEO of a publicly-traded company, and the head of five multi-billion dollar business units. Daryl spearheads an effort with a coalition of CEOs to elevate societal improvement as an essential measure of business performance.
