McKinsey Undergraduate Women's Impact Award

Do you think about what it means to be a female leader? Are you searching for ways to improve the world around you? At McKinsey & Company, an international management consulting firm, we pride ourselves on developing future leaders who are having lasting impact in their communities and even globally.

To that end, we are supporting students who are passionate about making change in the world around them and are accepting applications for the McKinsey Undergraduate Women's Impact Award. This award provides $1500 of funding toward your summer plans in the fields of: 

  • global public health
  • economic development and opportunity creation
  • sustainability
  • social innovation and technology
This award is open to First, Second, and Third year women at the University of Virginia.
