UVA is the host school for a conference April 16-17, dually sponsored by the BACCHUS Initiatives of NASPA and the Virginia ABC College Tour. We will have two days of speakers, educational breakout sessions and networking around topics such as peer education, leadership, sexual assault & violence prevention, self-care, advising issues, alcohol & substance use, and mental health.
Any student leader, member of a peer education group, or faculty/staff member is welcome to attend. Registration can be found here. Registration is FREE for students! For professionals, it is free if you are a VCALC member, and $20 for non-VCALC members.
Program Proposals
In addition to the attending the event, we are currently accepting program proposals. Programs from peer education groups are given preference, but programs from other staff, faculty, and prevention professionals are also welcome.
