University of Charleston ExRx Bootcamp & Summer Intern Position
The ExRx (Experience Pharmacy) Bootcamp is a three-day (June 22-25, 2015) summer camp intensive designed to allow pre-pharmacy students to obtain hands-on experience in compounding, patient care, and pharmacy practice. The cost of the camp is only $99 and includes: curriculum, materials, lodging, meals, and all camp activities! Scholarships are available for students who need assistance in paying for the camp. In addition, there are TWO pharmacy summer internships available to pre-pharmacy students during Summer 2015 in the Office of Professional and Student Affairs. This is another opportunity for students to get hands-on experience in a pharmacy school as well as get to know pharmacy faculty and administrators. The deadline to apply for the internship positions is May 8, 2015. The deadline to register for the ExRx Bootcamp is May 15, 2015.
