Summer Undergraduate Research Opportunities at the University of Massachusetts Medical School,

Funded from a number of sources, Summer Research Fellows are placed in laboratories for ten weeks at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center with the investigator serving as a mentor, role model and advisor. Summer fellows receive a generous stipend, travel and related expenses and housing. Summer Research Fellows are required to create and present a professionally prepared scientific poster. Summer Research Fellows are required to attend all seminars, lectures, group discussions, luncheon lectures, socializers and field trips and live in the housing provided. Participants are also expected to attend the full ten week program.
