Do you want to learn more about your mental health? Worried about a friend? Interested in a quick mental health check-up? Come for a free mental wellness
screening and receive immediate feedback about the results. The
screening includes
depression, anxiety, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder,
and bipolar disorder. Sponsored by UVa Student Health CAPS, Office of
Health Promotion, and the Charlottesville Book Club. Free pizza is
available for those arriving after 11 a.m. on a
first-come, first-served basis. If you cannot attend this event, visit

If you would like to speak with a mental health professional, call CAPS at 434-243-5150 and request a phone screening appointment. Additionally, if you are dealing with a mental health emergency after 5 p.m. or on weekends, a CAPS clinician
