ADEA Pre-dentistry self assessment
Considering applying to dentistry school in the upcoming application cycle? Self-assessment is an essential part of readying yourself. Here are a few reflection questions to get you started:
- Are you involved in an extracurricular activity that has exposed you to other cultures?
- Do you feel you are a culturally competent person?
- What do you know about the daily lives of dentists and what their jobs involve other than looking inside peoples' mouths?
- Have you worked to improve your manual dexterity?
- Have you done things to improve your chairside manner?
