Promotes services provided by the
Community Health Navigator Program. Recruits participants and partner
support, announces activities of the program to the community, participates
in collaborative committees, efforts, or events with community partners,
organizes community events, communicates with network of volunteers or
trainees, communicates with community agency networks, receives feedback or
observations from community members, program participants, partners, and
agencies. Under the direct supervision of a supervisor, expresses program
vision and direction, organizes continuing educational events for trainees,
shares assessment data with outside partners, advocates for the program goals
with outside parties or other internal departments, assists with logistical
coordination of training courses, maintains data on program participants,
maintains data collection of community events, service hours and outreach.

Preferred Qualifications Speak both Spanish and English fluently and have excellent written communication skills in both languages Knowledge of local community resources Bachelors degree in human services, public health or related field Experience in human services and health education Special Requirements A criminal record check and a background investigation are required.
