ADAPT
is the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Team here at UVA. We’re trained peer
health educators who work to promote awareness and provide educational outreach
to minimize the abuse of alcohol and other drugs around Grounds.
Interested
in learning more about what we do? Recruitment starts in the spring but we’ll
be having an information meeting on Tuesday,
October 8th at 7 pm in Clark 102! Come get some free
food and learn more about our recruitment process, the ADAPT training class,
and how you can get involved with the Gordie Center for Substance Abuse
Prevention this fall. Hope to see you all there!
