If an applicant is applying to a school with a November 1st deadline that is not listed, please have the applicant contact the school directly.
· West Virginia University School of Dentistry – Deadline extended until NOVEMBER 15
· Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry- Deadline extended until NOVEMBER 8
